Essential Duties

  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into our community, including paperwork completion, orientation scheduling, and introduction to policies and procedures
  • Data Entry Excellence:  Maintain precise and updated employee records within our HR systems, guaranteeing accuracy and confidentiality
  • Customer Service Focus: Serve as a responsive point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions
  • Collaborative Assistance: Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and HR events, contributing positively to our workplace culture
  • Compliance Monitoring: Assist in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, helping to maintain a compliant and ethical work environment.  Pertains to initial hiring and monthly verifications
  • Benefits Inquiries: Respond to questions and issues pertaining to employee benefits
  • Offboarding: Handles transaction and document management tasks associated with departing employees

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Language: Fully Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Experience: One to two years of hands-on experience in HR functions, preferably in onboarding and data management
  • Transactional Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling data entry tasks
  • Patience and Empathy: Ability to handle employee inquiries with patience, understanding, and a customer service-oriented mindset
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish for effective interaction with team members
  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
