Jason Hopper, Career Coach

Jason Hopper is a career coach with over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate career transitions, explore new career paths, enhance job-search strategies, and achieve employment goals. At JFS, he hosts the weekly Caffeinate Your Career podcast and is a go-to resource for all things career-related.

Jason works one-on-one with clients to develop personalized career plans, hosts networking and job-search events, and runs a virtual practice interview program. Before joining JFS, Jason spent seven years with the Texas Workforce Commission as a Workforce Development Specialist, where he coached job seekers in job search strategies, interview techniques, and resume writing. His background also includes experience as a corporate recruiter and roles in fast-paced staffing agencies.

Jill Tokumoto, Senior Director of Career & Financial Services

Jill Tokumoto is the Senior Director of Career and Financial Services at Jewish Family Service. She holds a Doctorate in Education, a Master’s in Teaching, and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. Jill brings over 25 years of experience in public education, including roles as an elementary school teacher, assistant principal, and 16 years as an elementary school principal. Before joining JFS, she spent five years with a nonprofit organization, providing site-based coaching and professional development for school districts.

In addition to her role at JFS, Jill is an Adjunct Professor in the Educational Leadership graduate program at the University of Texas at Tyler, where she specializes in training new teachers and future administrators. Her strengths include strategic thinking, fostering student growth, and increasing parent involvement. Known for her entrepreneurial mindset and clear communication, Jill excels in leading teams and nurturing talent. At JFS, she continues to mentor high-performing teams, driving sustainable, impactful results across the organization.

Brenda Butnick, Financial Coach

With 20 years of experience as a financial professional in the banking industry, Brenda has dedicated her career to helping clients achieve their personal and business financial goals. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, from recent high school graduates to retirees who have achieved financial success, as well as new entrepreneurs and established business owners seeking to expand. Known for her commitment to finding tailored solutions, Brenda joined Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas last November as a Financial Coach, where she applies her banking and financial expertise to empower clients on their path to financial self-sufficiency. She finds it especially rewarding to witness her clients’ growth in financial knowledge and awareness.

At JFS, Brenda is passionate about her involvement in the Building Financial Power webinar series. Each month, different partner banks host seminars as part of this series, designed to help JFS clients strengthen their financial knowledge and empower them to build financial stability.

Ronda Robinson, Career & Financial Coach

Ronda Robinson is a Career and Financial Coach passionate about helping individuals and families navigate challenging career and life transitions while building financial security and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

At JFS, Ronda is excited to empower clients to explore new job opportunities and achieve their financial aspirations. She brings over 20 years of experience as an Executive Director who managed the day-to-day administrative aspects of the statewide non-profit organization , working directly with the board of directors and it’s 10-12 committees to ensure that the mission/vision was accomplished through programs, strategic planning, and community outreach.

Outside of work, Ronda is a devoted supporter of the Susan G. Komen 3-Day, 60-mile events, participating in two cities annually. Her dedication to training and fundraising reflects her commitment to making a positive impact on the causes she holds dear.  Mostly important is her family (husband, son & daughter-in-law and 2 grandkids)
