SUMMARY:Adjusting to the New Norm for Kids (Virtual Support Group for Ages 9-11)
DESCRIPTION:Date/Time: Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00-9:50AM starting the week of July 13th. The group will take place for four weeks with two sessions per week. Including the following dates: July 14th\, July 16th\, July 21st\, July 23rd\, July 28th\, July 30th\, August 4th\, August 6th. \n\n\nThe group is for 9-11 year-olds. Spots are limited to a maximum of 8 kids in the group. The objectives of the group are to help kids cope and understand life changes due to COVID-19\, help kids to prepare for transitions in the school for the upcoming academic year\, and overall develop coping skills/strategies to manage the uncertainties and stress. This will be a closed group in which clients will need to attend consecutively.
